Firenze, Villa Morghen Via Feliceto 8 – Italy

The choice of Villa Morghen for the Master Class has been driven by the possibility of a Residential Workshop, with the added value of stimulating and taking time for collaborative learning.
The Villa Morghen’s orgins are from the 15th century as an elegant villa, but it is later transformed in a Benedictine Monastery in the 19th century.
Today the villa represents a unique hospitality solution, where the appeal of its history is mixed with the splendid nature of the hills surrounding Florence. The Villa is very close to city centre, with the bus n 10 run every 20 minutes until 10pm.
From the Florence Station a taxi costs about 20 euro. From the Florence airport taxi costs 40 euro. To calculate the taxi fare http://www.4242.it/calcola-tariffa/
The bus n 10 starting from Piazza S Marco in Florence arrives to Settignano square last stop, 5 minutes by feet to Villa Morghen. You can find the instructions to reach Villa Morghen here http://www.villamorghen.com/location.php
The organization of the Master Class has booked rooms  in Villla Morghen for the selected participants for the nights of 3 and 4 May. You can do reservation of extra nights contacting directly Villa Morghen. The Web site of Villa Morghen is http://www.villamorghen.com
Breakfast and lunch catering are provided by the Master Class organization. Please, if you have dietary special needs, inform Villa Morghen at your arrival.
Dinners are free. Three very good Restaurants are in the area (called Settignano) for the evening and they can be reached by feet in case you prefer not to go to the centre.
